Microsoft Outlook: Techniques for Maximum Efficiency

Speaker: Neil Malek, Knack Training

We all spend too much time in our inbox every day, sorting and filing emails. This session uses both tools in Outlook and behavior changes to try to achieve the impossible: an empty inbox.

Learn:

A new way to look at folders.

         Categorizing and automating.

         Generating action items instantly.

Neil Malek has been a software and professional development instructor for 10 years, covering a range of topics from office productivity to web design to computer programming.
