Legislative Roundtable provides a setting for dialogue to take place on public policy issues and gives public agency staff, elected officials, their staff and businesses an opportunity to network. The meeting includes a guest speaker on a public sector topic and regular updates from our local cities, agencies, and elected officials.

Staff members provide brief reports from their prospective agencies to inform each other and members of the chamber of upcoming events or other items of interest.

This Month's Speaker: Deputy City Manager Philippe Eskandar - North Business Park Specific Plan
With a life committed to public service, Philippe has held a variety of positions with the Cities of Burbank, Newport Beach, Glendale and now with the City of Westlake Village as the Deputy City Manager.

As a Southern California native, Philippe holds Master’s Degrees in Public Policy as well as Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University’s School Public Policy and School of Law respectively.

With responsibilities ranging from public safety to planning, Philippe also currently serves as a Board member on the Burbank Water & Power Board of Directors, an appointed position he’s held for nearly ten years.
