Barbara (CscVvsb) proudly announces its 7
th Annual “Dear Cancer, It’s Me…” High School Essay Contest. All students attending schools from the West San Fernando Valley to Santa Maria who have experienced cancer themselves (Personal Category), or who have a loved one or friend with cancer (Family & Friends Category), are asked to submit essays of 500-2000 words
before midnight Thursday, February 28th, 2019.
First place winners in both contest categories will each receive $1500 and will be invited to the CSCVVSB’s Gala on Saturday, April 27th, 2019 at Four Seasons Hotel in Westlake Village. Second place winners will each receive $1000. Third place winners will each receive $500.
Awards Ceremony will be on Sunday, April 14th, 2019.
