    Event Description:

    The Education Committee works to improve the future quality of your workforce by hosting quality educational programs through local partnerships. Meetings include a presentation by featured speakers in the areas of Education, Job Training, Human Resources, Community Programs, and updates from our local partners.

    The Education Committee coordinates interaction between businesses, local school districts, private schools and universities.

    This committee also leads our Teacher of the Month Program where we honor educational excellence by rewarding teachers with a plaque in their name and gifts from Chamber Members. This is an opportunity for Chamber Members (you) to acknowledge our educators while also giving a brief description of your organization!
     


    This Month's Speaker:  Monique Corridori, Director of Strategic Business Development - Corwin, Inc.       

    Monique Corridori is the Director of Strategic Business Development for Corwin, Inc.  She has been with Corwin for over 16 years in supporting K12 educators in improving their teaching and leadership practices through consulting services, online resources, as well as virtual and onsite events.  Monique oversees and designs Corwin’s conferences which provides high-quality professional learning content in a fun, collaborative, and dynamic learning environment.  She also manages the global expansion of Corwin’s consulting services to ensure educators all over the world have access to research-based content to ensure every child has access to the best education.
