    Event Description:

    The Education & Workforce Development Committee works to improve the future quality of your workforce by hosting many quality educational programs through local partnerships.  Meetings include a presentation by featured speakers in the areas of Education, Job Training, Human Resources and Community Programs.

        Join us for the latest scoop on what's happening in the Conejo Valley with Kyle Jorrey, Editor and Head of Social Media for the Thousand Oaks Acorn, the weekly newspaper that covers Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, and the Thousand Oaks-portion of Westlake Village.

        With experience in the journalism industry since he was 16 years old, Kyle Jorrey will be sharing his role at the TO Acorn, the latest local news and development, and will be answering questions from attendees.
