    Advanced Business Innovations is a fast growing technology company looking for a talented, enthusiastic Sales Assistant/Procurement Assistant who can offer reliable support and be the point of contact for our; Sales Team, Client Account Manager, and Procurement department.

    Our ideal candidate has an eye for details, master of multi-tasking, exceptional organizer and draws on positive energy from being part of a fast moving team as our sales continually increases.

    You will play a role in maintaining our reputation for excellent products and superior customer satisfaction. If you have previous sales admin experience as well as technical knowledge (computers, antivirus, monitors, servers, etc) and you’re interested in taking your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply today.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Take quotes from start to finish on product and licensing
    • Customer service skills allowing you to successfully contact clients when information is required
    • Ensure that quotes are entered accurately and move through the process efficiently
    • Answer incoming customer calls/questions, provide Quote status updates
    • Liaise and cross train with the Procurement department
    • Maintain accurate; activities/notes, files and records
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication
    • Ability to follow direction
    • Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Excel in fast paced environment with ability to be flexible
    • Full Time: starting $18.00 per hour
