    Overview

    Lead and manage programs for Talent Management to ensure initiatives, deliverables and on-going programs are efficiently organized and executed in accordance with the strategic plan, executive expectations and quality standards.   Primary areas of responsibility include proactively partnering with multiple department leaders to coordinate and manage the enterprise-wide mentor program, performance management system and career management initiatives.

    Job Description

    • Serve as project leader to ensure execution against strategic plan initiatives, project plan objectives and timelines, consistently monitoring  goals and objectives against the schedule, making needed adjustments, restructuring meetings for efficiency, and communicating status updates to the appropriate leaders
    • Measure, track, and analyze program outcomes for effectiveness.  Make recommendations based on data and feedback
    • Interface with HRIS staff to ensure systems are properly configured for program implementation 
    • Assist with developing content to support career development information throughout the org
    • Assist management and work with business unit teams to developing job descriptions within a career development framework
    • Maintain organizational and position-based competencies 
    • Coordinate and support talent management events in alignment with other department functions
    • Work with leaders to create various presentations, communications and marketing materials
    • Provide administrative support for the department as needed
    • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
    • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

    Ideal Candidate will have the following:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Communications, Business Administration or related field 
    • Project management, project planning, and schedule management skills
    • Human Resources & administrative experience 
    • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
    • Effective written and verbal communications skills
    • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently
    • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment 
    • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving and mathematical skills, and sound judgment
    • Strong business acumen and ability to interface effectively with executive management
