    The Annual Giving Coordinator is responsible to meet goals in identifying and cultivating, new entry-level and mid-level individual donors, as well as for stewarding existing donors. The position plans and implements annual giving programs, events, and campaigns (for example: spring campaign, year-end appeal, Bowls of Hope, and monthly giving).  The Coordinator uses diverse methods of outreach, marketing, and relationship building to reach and interact with donors, as well as manage all acknowledgement and stewardship efforts per our protocols. 
    No. Essential Job Duties & Responsibility
    1 In coordination with the Vice President and the individual giving team, create a plan to strengthen current ways and develop new ways to recruit and engage new and existing donors in the entry and mid-level giving levels. Metrics include dollars raised, donor retention and engagement, new donors, stewardship, and recognition programs for entry and mid-level donors.
    2 Plan and execute annual giving campaigns that utilize direct mail, email, social media, and phone calls to grow the number of donors and level of financial support for Many Mansions. In coordination with the Donor Engagement Manager and Vice President, develop segmented and targeted text and visual messaging. In coordination with the database administrator, track and report on annual giving related metrics.
    3 Responsible to build and manage the monthly giving program to include marketing, cultivation, and recognition.
    4 Conduct donor research on current and prospective donors of all giving levels. Identify current and new donors with entry, mid, major gift, and planned giving potential. Collaborate with VP and Donor Engagement Manager to create engagement plans for individuals.
    5 In coordination with the Fundraising Associate, ensure that gifts are tracked and acknowledged in a timely and accurate manner.  Responsible for overall donor acknowledgment and retention campaigns and initiatives, including implementation of protocols to welcome new donors and tribute donors, and diverse acknowledgment methods (such as event invitations, utilizing video campaigns, and more).
    6 Main responsibility for certain aspects of community relations and fundraising events – including outreach and marketing, maintaining invitation lists, managing software and platforms used for the event, coordinating events’ fundraising and programmatic elements, and administering task management systems.
    7 Support website updates and other marketing and communications efforts. Manage the organization’s mass communication platforms.
    8 Maintain solid and current understanding of Many Mansions, its programs and initiatives, history and goals and share these with current and prospective givers via presentations, property tours, community events, and personal conversations.
    9 Support division activities such as participation in fairs, mixers, Bowl Painting Parties, and other events. Other duties as assigned.

    Must possess the ability to interpret data and/or instructions. 
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problem solve.
    Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher from a four-year college or university and at least one year work experience in areas such as fundraising, campaign management, community outreach, marketing. Or;
    Three years’ work experience in areas such as fundraising, campaign management, community outreach, or marketing and sales.
    Computer Skills Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft 365 (word, excel, outlook and power point), web and social media platforms required. 
    Experience with Salesforce or other donor management database strongly preferred.
    Experience with Wordpress and with mass email and other platforms such as Constant Contact, Eventbrite, etc. strongly preferred.
    Basic knowledge and skill in design programs such as Canva strongly preferred.
