    Job Description
    TechAhead is a globally recognized leader in the Mobile App Development space. We are looking for a full-time Project Manager for Software Development Projects targeted towards iOS and Android platforms, to join our team in Agoura Hills. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication, collaboration, project management, and customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for coordination and completion of all aspects of the projects, on time and within budget and scope.
    • Coordinate, manage, and overlap with our internal resources and production team in India for the flawless execution of projects
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
    • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
    • Meet with clients (virtually) to take detailed requirement briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
    • Develop comprehensive project plan to be shared with clients, as well as other staff members, to monitor and track progress
    • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
    • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    • Manage and build long-term relationships with the clients and customers
    • Resolve customer issues and encourage good customer service practices
    • Generate new business development opportunities and cross-sell and upsell products or services in the projects you are handling
    • Proven working experience in project management
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Professional Agile/Scrum/PMP is a plus
    • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
    • Technology background is not required but is a plus
    • Once safe to do so, you will be working from our Agoura Hills, CA office for strategy meetings at least 3 days a week; can work remotely for rest of week.
     Salary: $36,000 - $50,000 annual salary depending on experience, plus medical benefits
