Award Winning Staffing Firm Wins Big at International Leadership Conference

The Ventura County Express Employment Offices attended the International Leadership Conference in Grapevine, Texas from February 27^th -March 1^st.  The event recognized over 810 Express franchises on their successes from 2018. Neil and Janet McMillan won the Chairman’s Award, a designation for the top 1% of franchisees. The Oxnard office grew more in 2018 than any other office and earned Platinum Circle of Excellence. Team members Aaron Mercer and Lynne Caputo received individual awards; Mercer as a Top 50 Sales Rep and Caputo for both President’s Club and 3^rd place in Professional Staffing.
