Employment law firm LightGabler is presenting "Ask The Employment Attorney." The free, question and answer seminar will be held twice: Tuesday, March 12 in Oxnard and Tuesday, March 26 in Simi Valley.

Employment law attorney Jonathan Fraser Light will be on hand to answer general employment law questions. The hour and a half session is an opportunity for employers, supervisors and human resource professionals to ask questions about their business practices to ensure they are in compliance with California employment law.

Over his 30-plus years as an attorney, Light has heard just about every type of employment law-related question. Question topics range from the length of lunch breaks, to how to fire employees, to social media privacy issues. Those planning to attend can submit their questions in advance to seminars@lightgablerlaw.com.

The Oxnard seminar will be held at the Oxnard Courtyard Marriott (600 East Esplanade Dr., Oxnard) and the Simi Valley seminar will take place at the Best Western Posada Royale Hotel (1775 Madera Rd., Simi Valley). Both seminars are from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

A continental breakfast will be served. Attendance is limited to no more than three people per company. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance and can be made by going to http://www.lightgablerlaw.com and clicking on “Seminars & Training.” For questions, call 805-248-7089.
