Join Us As Highly Regarded Oncologist Dr. Mark Scholz Reviews The Current Thinking For Risk Assessment With Prostate Cancer: Dr. Scholz is one of the leading oncologists in the field of prostate cancer treatment.  He is the Medical Director of Prostate Cancer Specialists, Inc., a nationally recognized center for comprehensive prostate cancer care.  He is also Executive Director of the Prostate Cancer Research Institute in Los Angeles.  The presentation today will focus on his perspective on new treatments that are on the horizon, the reliability and veracity of new sophisticated testing for metastatic disease such as PSMA imaging and any preliminary results from his work with the drug Keytruda. Dr. Scholz will also be available to field pertinent questions from our group about the care and treatment of prostate cancer. The Prostate Networking Group is a monthly support group for men with prostate cancer.  Family members are also welcome.  We meet every third Saturday of the month from 10:30am - 12:30pm and provide information and emotional support in fighting prostate cancer.
