Please come and learn a new relaxation technique with our very own yoga teacher, Beth Hazelton! iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation is a research-based transformative practice of deep relaxation and meditative inquiry, which is currently being utilized in VA hospitals, military bases, hospitals and clinics, hospices, homeless shelters, community programs, and schools. Research has shown that iRest effectively reduces PTSD, depression, anxiety, insomnia, chronic pain, and chemical dependency while increasing health, resiliency, and well-being.

Beth Hazelton is an iRest Yoga Nidra Level 1 teacher in training, and believes deeply that we all need to take the time to quiet the mind so that we can operate at our fullest potential, and for this reason, she encourages everyone to take the time to meditate each and every day. Beth is also a RYT 200 (Yoga Alliance 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher), certified Life Coach, and Certified Health Coach, and enjoys teaching many different styles of yoga, including yin, restorative, vinyasa and kids classes.
