October 2019, Ventura County, CA - Alzheimer’s disease is a growing epidemic affecting more than 5.8 million Americans today and as many as 16 million by 2050. To raise funds and awareness and unite in a movement to reclaim the future for millions, the Alzheimer’s Association invites the community to join them in the 2019 Westlake Village Walk to End Alzheimer’s on Saturday, October 26, at 8:00am at The Westlake Commons.
The Association is pleased to announce that Natalie Mussi, Chief Executive Officer at Los Robles Health System, has signed on as the 2019 Westlake Village Walk to End Alzheimer’s Honorary Chair.
Natalie Mussi stated, “I am proud to support my community and the Alzheimer’s Association in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. My family and I have a very personal connection to this cause since two of my grandparents were diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease. This is one way that I can give back and support my family’s journey and the many other individuals that have undergone or are currently experiencing similar struggles. Together, I know we can help end this epidemic and show our support for the millions of individuals currently living with this disease.”
