    Barbara (CscVvsb) announces a free workshop, “Managing Chronic Pain and Illness during Stressful Times with Daniela Paolone, LMFT” on Thursday, May 4th, 12:00-1:30pm, at 530 Hampshire Road, Westlake Village, CA 91361. Please call 805-379-4777 to RSVP or to learn more.  Please join us for an interactive workshop and discussion on how psychological factors can influence health and illness. Discussion will include common signs and symptoms of stress and ways to manage stress, including an in-depth discussion and demonstration of the Emotional Freedom Technique and its use by mental health care professionals for symptom relief/reduction.  Daniela Paolone is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Westlake Village who provides support to those suffering from chronic pain, chronic illness, and anxiety using mindfulness, tapping, guided meditation and additional holistic approaches.  Her focus in this area comes from her own personal history with chronic pain and illness and the impact it can have on the person and family members. She also offers presentations in the community on related topics each month.
