Panel Presentation” on Saturday, November 4
th, 11:00am-1:30pm, at 530 Hampshire Road, Westlake Village, CA 91361. Please call 805-379-4777 to RSVP or to learn more. Come and learn about the differences between the various types of care services such as; palliative care, hospice care, respite care, home health care, and skilled nursing. This event aims to provide insights to help caregivers navigate the care services that can be useful for their loved ones. Health care professionals will be available to answer all of your questions. Light refreshment will be provided.
