• Triunfo Water & Sanitation District Offers Free Workshop On Drip Irrigation – Saturday, July 16 at Mae Boyar Park

    Triunfo Water & Sanitation District is sponsoring a hands-on workshop on drip irrigation Saturday, July 16 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Mae Boyar Park (130 Kanan Road in Oak Park). The class is free and open to the public. Attendance is limited to 30.

    Workshop instructors are from the University of California Master Gardeners of Ventura County. Participants will learn the benefits of drip irrigation, review the required components, and assemble a drip system that they can recreate in their own landscape. Everyone will take home a detailed guidebook as well.

    The workshop will take place outdoors adjacent to the recreation center. Pre-registration is required. To register, visit www.triunfowsd.com/workshop.

    Triunfo Water & Sanitation District provides sewage collection services and wastewater treatment, supplies potable water, and treats and sells recycled water in the southeastern portion of Ventura County, including the communities of Oak Park, Lake Sherwood, Bell Canyon, and the Westlake Village and North Ranch portions of Thousand Oaks.
