Triunfo Water & Sanitation District, in partnership with the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, will sponsor an online workshop on “Turf Removal and Garden Transformation” at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 14. The class is free and open to the public.

The training will be conducted by an instructor from Green Gardens Group and will dig into the process of removing grass from your yard, selecting and planting climate-appropriate plants, and making sure your garden is healthy for the long-haul.

Although there is no charge for the class, pre-registration is required. To register, those interested can visit triunfowsd.com and click on the class link on the homepage. Confirmation and login information will be emailed to all registrants.

The workshop is part of the “Water-Wise Wednesdays” series that Triunfo is sponsoring. The next class will be “Fire-Wise Landscaping” on May 12.
