Q. What is your favorite trail to hike in the Conejo Valley?
The Rosewood Trail (or if I’m feeling ambitious, the Los Robles Trail) up to Angel Vista Peak. I’ve done it on horseback and on foot and it’s breathtakingly peaceful every time.

My Sports Academy running club, the great work of our local nonprofit community including Relay for Life Conejo Valley and Girl Scouts of California’s Central Coast that is helping to develop the next generation of female leaders.

Q. What is your perfect day spent with family in the Conejo Valley?
A hike through Wildwood Park, lunch at Vintage Grocers (sneak in a little shopping while at The Promenade) and then to see a movie at Cinéopolis.
Q. Where is your favorite place to shop in the Conejo Valley?
The Oaks Shopping Center, it’s the best mall in Ventura County! I love spending the day shopping, going to the movies and grabbing a bite to eat at their fabulous restaurants with my family.

Q. What is your favorite Conejo Valley Brewery?
I love craft beer and we have a lot of great options in Conejo Valley, I couldn’t possibly choose just one. Five Threads Brewing Company, Westlake Village and Twisted Oak Tavern, Agoura Hills are a couple of my favorites.

The beauty of the area and the opportunity for one-of-a-kind businesses to grow and build their roots. Driving through Hidden Valley, experiencing the festive shopping centers during the holidays, the 5-star restaurant scene and the local art scene.

The central location between the hustle and bustle of the city and the sprawling beaches allows me to easily access my favorite restaurants, shopping stores and waterfront locations!
Q. What family activities do you enjoy in the Conejo Valley?
Weekends are always jam-packed with family activities from Harley’s Simi Bowl to exploring local trails. Then we top it off with a healthy bite at Grabbagreen and a fresh cold brew from 14 Cannons and Five Threads.

I enjoy the diversity of restaurants and food in the Conejo Valley because there are many traditional meals with a unique twist.
