This Month's Speaker: Yashica Budde - Smash Rx
Yashica Budde, is a Southern California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), that was inspired when she found the emerging arena of “Rage Rooms”. She had a revolutionary idea to create a healthy outlet where people could go to express themselves without judgment and very few regulations. Smash Rx was built as the perfect environment for people to channel their energy and take out their frustration - without the worry of consequences. She is literally breaking down barriers and misconceptions surrounding mental health with Destruction Therapy.

Yashica’s goal is to make Destruction Therapy one of the seven clinically approved alternative interventions to talk therapy. Smash Rx has yoga, sun therapy, and even nature therapy. It is time for the clinical community to embrace the holistic benefits of Destruction Therapy.

Yashica completed her Bachelor’s (BA) in Business Management and Master’s Degree (MA) in Psychology with an emphasize on Marriage and Family therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute.
Yashica brings 10 years of clinical knowledge and utilizes a holistic approach to enlighten and educating clients about how mind, spirit and body are interconnected. Her theory is that when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, people are free to experience change. Her goal is to meet her clients personal experience with empathy and to support them in your journey toward wholeness.

    Consider attending this committee if:
    -Your business is education-related.
-Your target client market is young families or educators.
-You have an interest in partnerships with education/workforce programs.
