    This Month's Speaker:

Trevor Zierhut, Principal Consultant for the Zierhut Group.
Topic: March 5th Primary Results and Implications

A Ventura County native, Trevor Zierhut has dedicated his career to public policy, political advocacy, and strategic communications.

After working in government and on political campaigns at all levels from local to federal, he founded The Zierhut Group, a boutique government relations, strategic communications, and political consulting firm representing a diverse client base, from statewide energy interests and multiple billion-dollar corporations, to nonprofits and local union interests. Trevor has also worked on and advised numerous local, state, and national political campaigns.

Trevor is particularly passionate about coalition-building and pursuing relationships-based approaches to achieve clients’ strategic goals. He keeps his finger on the pulse of local, statewide and federal policy matters, providing valuable insight into the California Central Coast’s landscape.

Prior to founding The Zierhut Group, Trevor worked for a senior member of the U.S. House of Representatives on the powerful Energy and Commerce Committee, managing a diverse legislative policy portfolio in Washington, DC.
