    "Elevate Your Business Speech"

    Verbal communication is a key component to networking effectively by sharing your message about your business services in a short amount of time. Vaughn Miller will provide techniques and tips on how to bring your business speech to the next level and maximize your networking potential. Whether you have 20 seconds to two minutes, every second counts in delivering the right message and engaging your potential employer, client or contact. 

    Presenter:  Vaughan Miller, Club President, Orient Express Toastmasters & Deputy Fire Chief, Ventura County Fire Department

    Vaughan Miller has been a Toastmaster for nine years and has risen to the level of advanced communicator. He is currently President of the Orient Express Toastmasters, group that meets weekly to network and improve communication techniques. 

    Vaughan Miller has also served over 30 years with the Ventura County (California) Fire Department. Currently an Deputy Fire Chief , he also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
