    Join the City of Thousand Oaks and the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce for the Thousand Oaks State of the City Address and Luncheon, featuring keynote speaker Mayor Claudia Bill-de la Peña .

    Mayor Claudia Bill-de la Peña will address the current state of the City of Thousand Oaks, discuss the accomplishments that have been made under her leadership during the past year and offer highlights of what is on the horizon for 2018.
