2026 Annual Recognition Gala Nomination Form

Gala Award honorees will be recognized on stage at this year's Recognition Gala awards' celebration on Friday, May 15, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency Westlake. Nominations are being accepted beginning January 13 through March 27, 2026 at 4:00 pm.

*Nominees need only be submitted once for consideration by the Chamber; multiple nominations do not carry additional weight in the final selection process.
