Job description: Toastique is excited to introduce our fresh, healthy concept to the Westlake Village community, and we’re looking for motivated team members to join us. Toastique is known for gourmet toasts, smoothie bowls, cold-pressed juices, and specialty coffee, all made with high-quality ingredients. Everything we serve is prepared fresh in-house, and we take pride in creating a welcoming place where guests can enjoy healthy, delicious food every day. We’re looking for reliable, energetic Back of House Team Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a supportive team.
What You’ll Do
● Prepare ingredients and fresh juices according to daily prep lists
● Follow food safety and sanitation standards
● Wash dishes and keep kitchen equipment organized
● Put away deliveries using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system
● Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and prep area
● Assist with prep and support team members during busy hours
● Monitor trash levels and take it out when needed
● Restock utensils and supplies
● Help keep both BOH and FOH areas clean when needed
● Communicate with managers when inventory is running low
