Thousand Oaks, Calif.—Choice Health Associates (CHA), a group of over 140 private practice internal medicine physicians and board certified specialists in the Conejo Valley, Simi Valley, west San Fernando valley and western Ventura County, has selected members for its 2015/16 board of directors. The doctors serve two-year terms beginning January 1, 2015.
Board members include Dr. Susan Mayo, an internal medicine specialist with Arroyo Oaks Medical Associates in Thousand Oaks, Dr. Ashim Arora, a board certified pulmonary disease, critical care, internal medicine and sleep disorders specialist in Simi Valley and Dr. Ashwin Kashyap, a hematology/oncology specialist with Tri Valley Hematology Oncology in Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley. Additional members are Dr. Ramin Mehdian a critical care medicine specialist and pulmonary specialist in Newbury Park, Dr. Gilbert Simoni, a gastroenterology specialist at Advanced Gastroenterology, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, Dr. Andre Yousefia, an internal medicine specialist in Thousand Oaks and Dr. Gholam Mohammadzadeh, a cardiothoracic surgeon with California Center for Cardiothoracic Surgery in Thousand Oaks.
