    Join the Cancer Support Community VVSB for  "Dinner and Learn: Blood Cancers and Emerging Therapies" with Dr Ann F Mohrbacher on June 26th from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

    Dr Mohrbacher will discuss the major types of blood cancer – leukemias, lymphomas, myeloma, myelodysplastic syndromes, and myeloproliferative neoplasms – and their treatment options. She will also be taking a closer look at breakthrough therapies and new approaches that are changing the treatment landscape. This program was created in partnership with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

    Ann Mohrbacher, MD is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine and Medical Director of Autologous Bone Marrow Transplant at the University of Southern California Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center. She is a graduate of Harvard Medical School, a devoted educator, researcher and medical practitioner. She has been published in a number of medical journals and has been invited to lecture on topics including radioimmunotherapy of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and B-cell targeted therapy of rheumatoid arthritis. Dr. Mohrbacher is a member of the Southern California Lymphoma Group and currently belongs to a number of university related committees, such as the Post-Graduate Education Committee and the Clinical Investigations Committee.
