Express Employment Professionals Launches Toy Drive

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with the Ventura County Fire Department for the Spark of Love Holiday Toy Drive. The Toy Drive will be taking place from November 16^th to December 10^th. All toys and donations collected will be distributed to local Non-Profits to bring joy to children in need. Currently, Spark of love is thousands of toys behind pace due to increased demand, which is why Express Employment Professionals is stepping up to help.

There are four ways in which someone might participate in the Toy Drive: the 1st is requesting a donation bag from Express, 2^nd – drop off an unwrapped toy to either of the Thousand Oaks or Oxnard Express offices, 3^rd – donating online to the Ventura County Professional Firefighters Association Charity Fund (all proceeds will go to buying toys or sports equipment for the children), 4^th – buy a toy from the Spark of Love registry (all purchases online will be delivered to Toy Central for distribution).  There will also be a raffle for those who have contributed to the Spark of Love Toy Drive hosted by Express.

Neil McMillan, President of both the Thousand Oaks and Oxnard offices commented, “The Toy Drive is our way of spreading some joy to the children of Ventura County,” he continued, “We chose this particular organization because the fire department has continuously kept California safe and we wanted to show our support.”

The teams at Express in Oxnard and Thousand Oaks help as many people as possible find good jobs, by helping as many clients as possible find good people.
