The Friends of the Thousand Oaks Library are looking for English-Spanish bilingual readers and picture books for the school library at Conejo Elementary School. If you have any children’s books that fit into that category, your donation to the Friends of the Thousand Oaks Library will be appreciated. Please drop them off at either the Grant Brimhall or Newbury Park Library.

Students enrolled in the Fall 2022 semester at Conejo Elementary will have the opportunity to learn both Spanish and English beginning with Pre-K and Kindergarten level. The Dual Language Immersion program is a research-proven instructional approach that prepares students to think, read, and write in two languages.
