CALIFORNIA MUSEUM OF ART THOUSAND OAKS
NAMES NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEMBERS
(Thousand Oaks, Calif.) – The California Museum of Art Thousand Oaks (CMATO) today announced the election of Joseph Bagliere and Austin Sincock to its seven-member Board of Directors. Both will serve three-year terms.
Bagliere is an experienced trade compliance and contract management executive with more than thirty years experience in export and regulatory compliance, manufacturing and contract negotiation. He currently serves as a trade compliance and logistics advisor to the electronic manufacturer, Kateeva. He was previously Vice President of Interconnect Systems International, which specializes in the design and manufacture of high density silicon packaging for a range of industries and technology markets including aerospace, defense and high performance computing. Prior to Interconnect Systems International, Bagliere served as President of Emulation Technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from LeMoyne College in Syracuse.
Sincock is Managing Director for Deloitte Consulting, focused on largescale technology programs for the Federal government. With over 25 years of industry experience, he is a leading advocate for business led, technology enabled solutions that streamline operating costs and fund new innovations. He helped Deloitte develop a Government and Public Sector Operate practice, overseeing infrastructure operation transformations and IT service delivery for clients in a wide range of industries. Sincock is a published author on Java development for Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and has contributed to TechTarget.com and other journals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UC Santa Barbara.
The election of Bagliere and Sincock comes during a period of positive growth for CMATO, including a 15% increase in membership. The museum was also recently awarded a $23,750 Emergency Arts grant from the City of Thousand Oaks, a broad-based COVID-19 relief effort for local arts, culture and entertainment nonprofits, to facilitate ongoing community access to art exhibitions and programming.

CMATO will present its next exhibition, Landscape Through the Eyes of Abstraction, on February 18, 2022.
