Thousand Oaks, CA, July 11, 2018 – The 5-year Anniversary Celebration for Sunland Vintage Winery Tasting Room was confirmed today by proprietor Michael Giovinazzo.  The date is Saturday, August 4^th from Noon to 9 PM.  

The entertainment lineup starts with our favorite, Kevin Longden from noon to 3:00 PM, followed by Panama G performing Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, and more, and, to complete the talent rotation, the So and So’s 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.   
     
According to Mr. Giovinazzo, there will be “drawings every hour with fantastic prizes, many donated by local businesses that have been very supportive.  We will have lots of food, lots of fun, and new, really delicious  wines.”      And from 3:00 – 8:30  The Taco Guy serving delicious taco plates and quesadillas.

“As each year passes we see more acceptance in the community and this is our way of showing our gratitude and appreciation”, according to Mr. Giovinazzo.  Sunland Vintage Winery is the home to award-winning Giovinazzo Wines, providing a taste of old Italy in your own back yard, and award-winning SVI Wines, premium wines for the discriminating wine palate.   When asked, Mr. Giovinazzo does not recall any Ventura County Winery/Tasting Room more awarded than Sunland Vintage. 

This day also marks the official release of the 2013 Napa Cab, the 2017 Roussanne, the 2015 Petite Sirah, and the newest prize jewel, “Bambini Bolle” (Children’s bubbles).    Mr. Giovinazzo states that “Bambini Bolle represents a brand new and additional direction for our winery that should appeal to the younger crowd and others who like the bubblies.  These are sparkling wines named for our Grandchildren and we are officially releasing the first two of these amazing wines this weekend.   Come for the fun, the wine, and a really good time”.
