Three Community Credit Unions Sweep Best of Services Financial Institutions in VC Reporter
Ventura, Calif. – This year’s Best of Services winners in the Financial Institutions group made history: for the first time, three local credit unions swept the category for the
Ventura County Reporter, with Ventura County Credit Union (VCCU) in first place. VCCU has made the list four years in a row.
VCCU shares the 2013 honor with CBC Federal Credit Union and Pacific Oaks Federal Credit Union. To commemorate the credit union sweep of this category, the three institutions partnered to create an advertisement for the
VC Reporter. The shared ad celebrates the credit unions’ feat as well as thanks voters and their local clientele.

All three credit unions have served the Ventura County community for more than 60 years, providing services such as checking accounts, home and auto loans, and 30,000 cumulative ATMs nationwide.
